For the second consecutive year, the Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World (IWSAW) in partnership with the Outreach and Civic Engagement (OCE) at LAU and the National Commission for Lebanese Women (NCLW) participated on May 4, 2014 in the 5 Km women’s race in support of the National Campaign to Protect Underage Girls from Early Marriage.

The race was organized by the Beirut Marathon Association under the auspices of the Lebanese First Lady, Mrs. Wafaa Sleiman.
