The Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World (IWSAW) in partnership with the Danish Center for Information on Gender Equality and Ethnicity (KVINFO) hosted on October 25-26, 2011 the “Who is She Database” regional workshop.

The Workshop was an opportunity for the “Who is She Database” web editors and technical support teams from 4 different countries; Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and Palestine, to meet and share experiences on web editing and database management.

The Workshop entailed two major sessions: The first on “methods and tools”, and the second covered “challenges faced in the project”.
